1) What do you sell?

Supmatchy specializes in couple matching outfits, including matching swimwear, matching pajamas, matching shirts, and matching dresses.


2) How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed in 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).


3) How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping time is 7–15 business days after the order is shipped.


4) How much is shipping?

  • $9.99 for orders under $99
  • Free shipping for orders $99 or more

5) Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

No. Customers do not need to pay additional customs duties/taxes.


6) What is your return window?

You may request a return within 30 business days after placing the order.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.


7) Are returns free?

Yes — returns are free within 30 days.
To start a return, please contact support@supmatchy.com to get the return address and instructions.


8) Who pays the return shipping cost?

Unless required by applicable law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


9) When will my refund be processed?

  • We will process your refund within 7 business days after we receive your return package.
  • The refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days after processing (timing may vary by bank/payment provider).

10) Can I exchange an item?

Yes. If you want to exchange for a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.


11) Is exchange free?

We provide free exchange service, but you are responsible for the shipping cost.


12) What are the conditions for exchange items?

Exchange items must be unused, unworn, and not damaged, and must be in resalable condition.


13) How do I start a return or exchange?

Please email support@supmatchy.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return/exchange
  • The reason for return/exchange (and photos if the item is damaged/incorrect)

Our customer service team will provide the return address and next steps.


14) Return/Exchange Steps

  1. Email us at support@supmatchy.com with the item(s) and reason.
  2. Customer service will provide the return address and instructions.
  3. Print the return label and attach it securely to the outside of the package.
  4. Schedule a pickup with your local post office or drop off the package at a nearby post office.
  5. Once received, we will process your refund/exchange according to the timelines above.
