supmatchy sells matching couple outfits, including couple swimsuits, couple pajamas, and matching couple shirts & dresses. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
1) Return Window
- You may request a return within 30 business days after placing your order.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition (not affecting secondary sale), with original packaging/tags
2) Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
3) Refund Processing Time
- After we receive your return package, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days.
- Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days (timing may vary by bank/payment provider).
4) Exchanges (Size/Style)
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or style:
- Contact us within 30 days after receiving your order.
- We offer free exchange service, but you are responsible for the shipping costs.
- Exchange items must be unused and undamaged.
5) How to Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please email support@supmatchy.com and follow these steps:
- Contact us and tell our customer service team which item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will provide the return address and further instructions.
- Call your local post office to schedule a pickup, or drop off the package at your nearest post office.
6) Condition Requirements / Non-Returnable Situations
We may refuse returns or exchanges if items are:
- Worn, washed, used, damaged, stained, or altered
- Missing original packaging/tags (if applicable)
- Not in resalable condition
7) Can I cancel the order
Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. Therefore, please wait for the package to arrive, and you can either keep the package or contact us for a refund. Please do not refuse delivery, as undelivered packages will be destroyed by third-party logistics.
